Could hypnotherapy help me?

Have you ever tried to change a long standing habit and found it difficult or even impossible to change?

Have you ever wanted to become more motivated but found yourself slipping back into old ways of thinking after just a few days?

This is a common experience for anyone who has tried to change their attitude or habits and it happens because we have made the decision to change at a conscious level, while the subconscious has not yet agreed to the change.

The subconscious mind always wins over the conscious mind, and this is where hypnotherapy can help, by bringing the conscious and subconscious into agreement, making the changes we seek a real possibility. These changes can have a dramatic effect on your lifestyle, success and feelings of wellbeing.

How does it feel to be hypnotised? All of us have experienced the trance state because the mind naturally goes in and out of trance many times each day. Any activity which is routine and has been practiced many times can lead us into a trance. When a person goes into hypnosis under the guidance of a therapist, it is likely that they will experience a state of profound relaxation and it is in this state that the therapist will give suggestions to the unconscious mind that produce beneficial change. It is important to understand that no one can be induced to do anything that goes against their own moral and ethical beliefs. You can not be brainwashed under hypnosis. You can encourage your unconscious mind to support the conscious decision to change. It is your choice to go into trance, and you can choose to remain in trance or leave the trance state at any time. No one can become stuck in hypnosis.
